About me 
I've been involved in business since the age of 16 and have enjoyed many leadership roles over the years. For more than 3 decades I've honed my skills in building businesses focused on personal relationships, marketing, and business development to support others in pursuit of their goals.

Growing up, I admired stories of my great grandmother who broke the mould and was a significant property investor in the late 1800s. I also saw the impact of exceptional real estate service when my mum worked for a prominent Hobart agent. I became a property consultant so that I could combine my desire to empower others and my passion for real estate. I want to help Tasmanians on their property journey and make selling their largest asset as successful as possible.

I've been fortunate to have mentors who know Hobart real estate like the back of their hand. This support has enabled me to feel confident in my ability to achieve premium results for my clients. I took the opportunity to partner with LJ Hooker Pinnacle Property as a chance to increase my offering and create a bigger impact in our community. I love that I've had the chance to join an internationally recognised brand that has embraced changing times to bring exciting initiatives to the Hobart real estate market.

I'm a mum to four beautiful children and am deeply connected to Tasmania and its people. I support families, women, children, local organisations and charities. These include the Southern Football League, Rotary, Homely Retreats, the Salvos and I have developed my own social enterprise for homelessness and domestic violence support. I love to get involved with my community as much as I can and often engage in projects that benefit locals. I'm also a member of the Women's Network Australia leadership team, which supports small businesses to grow and become sustainable. I enjoy nothing more than experiencing the best of Tassie with friends and family to share great food and wine, or a relaxing walk in nature.

Her attention to detail was demonstrated with the initial photoshoot of the property and continued through all aspects of the sale process. Having set a realistic price range from the get-go appeared to be the key to drawing the attention of potential buyers. Alison's commitment to the 'open-house' concept, in tandem with several spontaneous inspections, created the necessary exposure that resulted in a timely sale. Notwithstanding the frenetic pace of the real estate sector, we felt communication between us was seamless. No matter the issue, we had our concerns addressed in a timely manner. The vendor- agent relationship did not end with the signing of the sale contract. Counsel was offered with regards the conveyancing process, and the further minutiae of a life in transition. We had not wanted to depart our rural idyll, but once managed, we realised that the stress of it all was in great measure mitigated by Alison's advice, ethics, insights, and warmth.
